Forestview High School’s Collegiate Prep Academy will hold an open house for prospective students and their parents on Tuesday, February 24 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Families will be able to learn more about the program and ask questions during the event.

The Gaston Community Foundation has a variety of local scholarships available, with deadlines varying for the spring. Explore the options on their website.
Many college specific nomination scholarships will have upcoming deadlines. These scholarships have a nomination process and each high school will set deadlines for submission of materials to be considered for nomination.
NC Governor's School is a five week residential summer program with specialized programs in academic and the arts. For more information visit the NC Governor's School website. Sophomores are eligible to apply in the areas of Dance, Choral Music, and Instrumental Music only. Juniors are eligible to apply in all areas.
